SCHULZE AIR POWER AUTOMATIC PRESS

Our flagship the Schulze Air Power Automatic Press has a fully automatically pivotable heating plate, two workstations and replaceable heating and base plates.

It opens and closes automatically. Furthermore, it has a switchable pre-press function. In fully automatic mode, you only have to take care of changing the textile / transfer.

All other functions are fully automatic. It offers a pre-press and main press mode.

Large 5 inch display

The transfer press is equipped with a modern 5 inch touch display. All functions of the press can be controlled and adjusted via the display.

The control can be done via a foot switch, via touch display, by hand or by fully automatic pressing mode.

High productivity

The Air Power Automatic Transfer Press is equipped with Quick Release, the base plate quick release system. The so-called quick release allows a lightning-fast change of the base plates. Simply flip the lever below the base plate and it can be easily lifted.

The Schulze Air Power Automatic Press Thermopresse opens and closes automatically. It is equipped with a fully automatic mode in which the heating plate changes from one base plate to the other after a freely selectable time and then performs the pressing process.

Unlike comparable transfer presses, the movement of the heating plate is controlled by stepper motors. This ensures a quiet and consistently fast running and requires a smaller amount of air. As a result, the Air Power Automatic Press can be operated with a compressor (not included) of a smaller design. The machine is well equipped for the hard everyday life of advertising technicians.

Turbo heating plate

Our Turbo heating plates offer even heat distribution through up to 2 heating zones (40 x 50 cm model).

Due to its high power of up to 3300 watts (40 x 50 cm model), it offers a very short heating time.

Quick Release / Quick Change System

Simply operate the lever under the base plate and the base plate is ready to be replaced

Old base plates can be upgraded with the Quick Release connector. This is simply screwed into the existing thread in the middle of the base plate.

Safe working on the Air Power Automatic transfer press

For safety reasons, we use a safety frame that runs around the heating plate. At the slightest touch, the closing of the press is prevented. So you only have to take care of the insertion of the textile part.

The height and shape of the base plate holder allows the problem-free, complete covering of textile clothing and also a processing of e.g. backpacks, shoes or bags.

Optional

Height-adjustable base cabinet, the Air Power Automatic Press is very mobile due to additionally available wheels.
