SCHULZE E-POWER DUO 2.0 AUTOMATIC PRESS
Our new flagship model, the Schulze E-Power Duo Press 2.0 Automatic, features a fully automatic swivelling heating plate, two workstations, and interchangeable heating and base plates. It opens and closes automatically and also has a selectable pre-press function. In fully automatic mode, all you need to do is change the textile/transfer.
All other functions are fully automatic. It offers a pre-pressing mode, a main pressing mode, and a post-pressing mode.
Large 5-inch display
The heat press is equipped with a modern 5-inch touchscreen display. All functions of the press can be controlled and adjusted via the display. Operation can be via a foot switch, the touchscreen, manually, or the fully automatic pressing mode.
High productivity
The E-Power 2.0 Duo Press automatic heat press is equipped with Quick Release, a quick-change base plate system. This Quick Release system allows for lightning-fast base plate changes. Simply flip the lever underneath the base plate and it can be easily lifted off.
The E-Power 2.0 Duo Press Automatic heat press opens and closes automatically. It features a fully automatic mode in which the heating plate switches from one base plate to the other after a user-defined time and then performs the pressing process.
Unlike comparable transfer presses, the movement of the heating plate is controlled by stepper motors. This ensures quiet and consistently fast operation. The machine is ideally suited for the demanding daily use of advertising technicians.
Turbo heating plate
Our turbo heating plates offer even heat distribution thanks to up to 2 heating zones (40 x 50 cm model). With their high power output of up to 3,300 watts (40 x 50 cm model), they offer a very short heating time.
Quick Release / Quick Change System
Simply operate the lever under the base plate and the base plate is ready to be replaced.
Older base plates can be upgraded with the quick-release connector. This is simply screwed into the existing thread in the centre of the base plate.
User-friendly operation via intuitive 5-inch touchscreen
All settings, such as temperature, programs, counters, and pre- and main pressing time, can be set via the display.

The height and shape of the base plate holder allow for easy, complete covering of textile garments and also the processing of items such as backpacks or bags.
