SCHULZE AIR DUO 

The pneumatic thermal press Schulze Air Duo Press is the ideal tool for the professional textile printer. It has two base plates, either 38 x 45 cm or 40 x 50 cm in size, and a powerful heating plate. It opens and closes automatically at the push of a button and is manually moved back and forth between the base plates. This works very easily and without any effort.

The Air Duo Press is equipped with everything that textile printers expect from modern transfer presses. It offers a convenient touch display , pre- and main press function, a base plate quick-change system , turbo heating plates and an eco mode . The transfer press can be adjusted to almost any body size with the optional height-adjustable base cabinet.

Our Turbo heating plates offer even heat distribution through up to 2 heating zones (40 x 50 cm model).

Due to its high power of up to 3300 watts (40 x 50 cm model), it offers a very short heating time.

Swiveling heating plate and automatic opening

The Air Duo Press  is equipped with a pivoting heating plate that has an output of up to 3300 W. The transfer press opens and closes automatically, which facilitates the workflow and minimizes the risk of burns.

Suitable for a variety of substrates

Thanks to the interchangeable heating and base plates, the Air Duo Press transfer press can be  used for many different types of substrates.

With its two base plates, the Air Duo Press is of course also suitable for large print runs.

The upper part of the press can be easily swiveled between the individual base plates.

It is equipped with a  Quick Release base plate quick-change system  .

Simply press the lever under the base plate and the base plate is ready to be replaced

Old base plates can be upgraded with the  quick release connector . This is simply screwed into the existing thread in the middle of the base plate.

Comfortable operation thanks to intuitive touch display

All settings such as temperature, time and pre- and main pressing time can be adjusted via the display.

Continuously adjustable contact pressure

The Schulze Air Duo Press thermal press  has a continuously adjustable contact pressure, which ensures an even pressure distribution on the material to be printed.

Optional

Height-adjustable base cabinet, additionally available wheels make the  Air Duo Press transfer press very mobile.
